Cancellation Policy
Dear Member, We are reminding members that they are personally responsible for the event registration fees for events when they or their guests have confirmed attendance (when the PCGA member provides either a director with confirmation or registers at Peppers Cafe or on line via our Web site) and either or neither do not show up for the event.
We will accept cancellations no less than 48 hours prior to the event day as all courses require payment for all rounds confirmed at that time.
We do all the registered member or guest to find a replacement player (member or non-member) at no additional charge for this same event should they not be able to attend the event themselves.
Please note that outstanding balances for any missed events must be payed for prior to registering for any subsequent event and this includes guest registration costs.
